The focus of our right of way team is to provide a turn-key bundle of services, taking your project from start to finish. Our services include project development, route planning, right of entry, GIS/Mapping, survey, engineering, environmental, federal and state permitting, limited title certificates, right of way acquisition and data management. We have successfully acquired over four thousand miles of pipeline (natural gas, crude and produced water), utility and transmission easements. We are fully staffed to build out gathering infrastructure or provide eminent domain and condemnation support for long haul linear projects. We have maintained a 100% acquisition success rate with our gathering projects and over 90% voluntary acquisition success rate for our linear projects. Our success is attributed to a highly experienced management team, strong rural and agricultural background and access to a large pool of talented agents.
When it comes to upstream and midstream, we provide a wide variety of services to ensure your program is a success. Those services include identifying potential surface sites for crude trucking facilities, natural gas compressor stations, saltwater disposals, valve sites, laydown yards, frac pits, solar farms, wind farms, crypto mining facilities and battery storage. Once identified, we negotiate option/purchase/lease agreements, settle damages for surface use agreements, provide survey support, GIS/Mapping, surface title verification, obtain subsurface agreements and all permitting and data management.
Our water management team has sourced millions of gallons of water for drilling and completion programs. With our program, we focus on what’s best for our clients, which is simply finding the closest and cheapest water source. We have had tremendous success allowing the transfer companies to focus on transferring the water while we use our expertise to provide services like negotiating with landowners, executing water agreements and temporary line agreements, routing verifying title, county and state permitting, water tracking and frac pit development. We also have extensive experience dealing with state and county officials to ensure permits are granted, especially in counties that require landowner signatures for water transfer line approval in county easements (ditches).
In addition to all our services listed above, we also offer support for construction of pipelines, utility lines, well pads, crude trucking facilities, compressor stations frac pits, solar farms, wind farms and all other surface sites. These services include the preparation of construction line lists, bid meeting support, monitoring construction progress and maintaining good standing relationships with landowners. During right of way and site construction, we put a strong focus on making sure the line lists are strictly adhered to by construction, purchasing additional workspace when needed and following the state and federal land agency regulations. Our water transfer team ensures all permits are closely followed, above ground transfer lines are properly laid, crossings for entrances are maintained for normal access and everything is returned to as good or better condition than existed prior to operations.
