Cass D. Meier

Mr. Meier is the Owner and Manager of Limitless Land Services, LLC. Prior to founding Limitless in 2017, he served as Manager of Canyon Land where his responsibilities included project management, business management, employee and contractor management, business development, client relations, landowner relations and all other day to day operations.

Mr. Meier began his career in the land service industry over 16 years ago. His goal was to become exceedingly well rounded as a landman and surface agent. He has extensive experience in everything from courthouse research, curative, due diligence, title examination and lease acquisition to surface operations such as right of way acquisition, surface site settlement and damage settlement. 

During his career, Mr. Meier has managed and acquired thousands of easements (natural gas, crude, produced water and electric transmission) and oil & gas leases across the country. He has also been active in the renewable energy sector with experience in wind, solar, battery storage and crypto mining. 

Mr. Meier received a B.A. in Animal Science with a minor in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness from Oklahoma State University. He is an active member of the OCAPL, AAPL and IRWA.   In his spare time, Cass enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and helping out with the family farming operation.
